Join us for this unique exploration of the Bridgewater Canal moving through time and space.

Take Me To The Bridgewater is an audio artwork by four-times BAFTA nominated artists’ group Blast Theory. Created with young Salfordians, this work is a journey into the minds of these young local people, who are taking our histories and making their own futures. 

“This is not an audio tour, this is not a fact-finding mission, this is a chance for us to go with them and explore the future they see”.

Take Me To The Bridgewater will be an immersive experience harnessing mobile technology to shift your perspective on the canal. 

The experience is designed to be unique to each visitor and will vary accordingly to how long you roam, which direction you walk in and where you start. It’s free but places are limited and booking is essential.
